Standard Delivery UK: Delivery in 3-5 working days, no signature required, not insured, free of charge
Next Day Delivery UK: Delivery next working day, signature required, insured up to £2500, £9
Standard International Delivery (worldwide): Delivery in 10-21 days, signature required, insured up to £300, £15
Courier UPS, FedEx, DHL (UK & EU): Delivery in 1-3 days, signature required, fully insured, £30
Courier UPS, FedEx, DHL (worldwide): Delivery in 1-3 days, signature required, fully insured, £60
Royal Mail is our postal partner for UK and international postal deliveries. UPS, FedEx and DHL are our partners for UK and international courier deliveries. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our studio in London.
Royal Mail delivers Monday to Saturday. They will make one delivery attempt. After the failed attempt your parcel will be stored in their Delivery Office for 18 days. Using your Tracking Number you can arrange re-delivery or alternatively you can collect your parcel from your local Delivery Office. You would need the card they left behind and your I.D. to collect your parcel from there. After 18 days, your order will be returned to us. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Royal Mail international delivery is carried out by RM’s partner is the destination country (usually it is your national post). You can track your delivery using the same Tracking Number on Royal Mail website even after the parcel leaves the UK.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned back to us. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.
Once the parcel ships it is in the hands of one of our partners, who take responsibility for the delivery to you (or to a person nominated by you). We are therefore unable to help you with arranging redelivery or changing the time slot of your delivery. Please see the email or SMS with tracking information to gain access to these services.
