After discussing your ideas, we'll provide a detailed quote and outline the payment process, which includes a 50% deposit to begin the project, with the balance due upon completion.

The timeline for bespoke pieces is all about ensuring every detail is just right. The design stage can take between 2 to 8 weeks as we work closely with you to finalise every detail. After that, we’ll send you a 3D resin model of your bespoke piece for a final sign-off. Once you approve the model, production takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks. We’ll keep you updated at each stage, so you’ll know exactly how your piece is progressing.

Our bespoke process begins with a conversation about your ideas and vision. We’ll discuss design details, materials, and any unique touches you’d like to include. Once we’ve crafted the initial design, we’ll create a 3D resin model of your piece, which is identical in size and proportion to the final design. This model lets you see the design in 3D and confirm details like ring size and proportions. If you’re unable to visit our London studio, we can ship the resin model to you, wherever you are in the world. After your final sign-off, we begin crafting the piece, keeping you updated until it’s complete.
