Shipping times and costs:

UK ORDERS 

DHL: £30, free of charge on orders over £500

All UK orders are sent using DHL. You will be sent a tracking number on fulfilment of your order so you can monitor your order's journey. You should expect to receive your parcel within 1-2 business days after we dispatch your order. 

EU ORDERS 

Signed for postal service: £10, free of charge on orders over £100
DHL: £30, free of charge on orders over £500

All orders from countries in the European Union are sent using International Postal signed for service or DHL. You will be sent a tracking number on fulfilment of your order so you can monitor your order's journey. You should expect to receive your parcel within 5-14 business days (post) or 1-3 business days (courier) after we dispatch your order.

USA & THE REST OF THE WORLD

DHL: £60, free of charge on orders over £1000

All international orders are sent using DHL. You will be sent a tracking number on fulfilment of your order so you can monitor your order's journey. You should expect to receive your parcel 2-5 business days depending on your location. 

Post (your national postal service) delivers Monday to Saturday. They will make one delivery attempt. After the failed attempt your parcel will be stored in their Delivery Office for 18 days. Using your Tracking Number you can arrange re-delivery or alternatively you can collect your parcel from your local Delivery Office. You would need the card they left behind and your I.D. to collect your parcel from there. After 18 days, your order will be returned to us. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours and will make three delivery attempts. After the third failed attempt, your order will be returned back to us. Please note that once you have placed an order, it is no longer possible to modify your shipping address.

Once the parcel ships it is in the hands of one of our partners, who take responsibility for the delivery to you (or to a person nominated by you). We are therefore unable to help you with arranging redelivery or changing the time slot of your delivery. Please see the email or SMS with tracking information to gain access to these services.
